2. What data do we process?

Through this website's contact form, we only collect the data the user voluntarily chooses to provide:

• Name and, where applicable, company or organisation
• Contact email and phone number
• Event details: type, date, location and free-text message

No data is collected through first-party cookies or analytics/advertising tools. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, whose provider may log the visitor's IP address when serving those files; this is explained in section 7.

3. Purpose of processing

Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to the information or quote request sent
• Manage the organisation of the booked performance, where applicable
• Maintain the communication necessary to provide the service

Data is not used to send unsolicited marketing communications, and no automated profiling is carried out.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the user's explicit consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Where contact leads to the booking of a performance, processing is additionally based on the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Retention period

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a booking is made, for the duration of the professional relationship and the legal period required to address any potential liabilities. Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. The form is submitted directly by the user's browser to WhatsApp or to their configured email client, without this site storing the data on its own server or in a database.

When a request is sent via WhatsApp, the message is transmitted and stored in accordance with WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms, Inc.); when sent by email, in accordance with that of the email provider used.

7. Third-party services used

None of these services is used for advertising or user-tracking purposes on this site.

8. Rights of data subjects

Users may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to enlagloriaevents@gmail.com and providing appropriate identification:

• Access: find out what data is processed and how
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request that data be deleted
• Restriction and objection: limit or object to certain processing
• Portability: receive the data in a structured format

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

9. Security

Reasonable technical measures have been put in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes to how the site operates. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this document.
